Bryce Madsen founded Crystal Clear Management Group in 2011 after Louis Vuitton, impressed by a build-out project he managed, asked him to provide facilities management (FM) services for their flagship store at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands. Bryce and his long-standing Chief Operations Officer Alagu Shan perfected the art of providing FM services to the world’s top luxury retailers, with Fendi, Gucci, Hermes soon signing up for CCM’s luxury-caliber services. Client demand soon propelled CCM to new countries. Bryce first took the company to Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Eventually CCM expanded all over the Asia-Pacific and set its sights on new markets: CCM recently opened operations in the U.S. and Canada and has begun laying the groundwork to support our luxury clients in Latin America and the Middle East.
